Data deletion

You can ask Souq Shine to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message to +923323268620 saying "Delete my data", or email contact@souqshine.com with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Use the phone number you ordered or chatted with, so we can find your records.
3. We will confirm once your request is done, normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your name, address, phone number and WhatsApp conversation history. Records we must keep for an order still in progress or for legal and accounting reasons are retained only as long as required, then deleted.
