This policy explains what personal information Souq Shine ("we") collects when you order from us or message us on WhatsApp, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number and the messages you send us.
- The name, delivery address and city you give us to deliver your order.
- Order details (what you ordered, price, delivery status).
- Basic website data such as pages visited, through standard server logs and cookies.
How we use it
- To confirm, process, deliver and support your order.
- To reply to your questions and handle returns or complaints.
- To prevent fraud and repeated fake or refused orders.
Who we share it with
Only what is needed to fulfil your order: our fulfilment partner and the courier delivering your parcel (your name, phone number, address and the items). WhatsApp messages are carried by Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and cookies
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which of our ads lead to orders and to show our products to people who visited this site. Meta receives the pages you view, the items you add to your cart, and, when you place an order, your phone number, e-mail and city in encrypted (hashed) form. You can opt out in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking cookies in your browser. If you give us your phone number and leave items in your cart, we may send you one or two WhatsApp reminders; reply STOP to any message to stop them.
Our public pages may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com or in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep order and conversation records for as long as needed to deliver orders, handle returns and meet legal and accounting needs, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time. Message +923323268620 on WhatsApp or email contact@souqshine.com with the phone number you used, and we will action your request. Records we must keep for an active order or legal reasons may be retained until they are no longer needed.
