By ordering from Souq Shine you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is placed when you confirm it on WhatsApp and we confirm it back. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, an address cannot be served, or the details look fake or incomplete. If we cancel, nothing is charged.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and shown before you confirm, together with the delivery charge. Payment is cash on delivery. Product photos are for reference; colour and design may vary where stated.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate name, address and phone details, keep your phone reachable for the courier, and be present to receive and pay for the parcel.

Liability

We sell general-purpose consumer products. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the item concerned.
